How To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?

Question: Hello Doctor, My wife had her last period on 14th and then on 27th of Feb, however we had unprotected sex on3rd March, on which she took the contraceptive oral pill called Ovral for two days. Now today her pregnency tests are showing positive. On having blood test for HCG beta Eclia it has count of 1900. Her USG abdomen shows small sac. Since its an unplanned pregnency, what are the chances for aborting it...? Appreciate for advise.
