How To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?
Question: Myself XXXXXXX XXXX Age:20.5,Weight:45 to 48 Kg. My last mensuration date was:11 Aug 2014. I and my bf did sex @ 23 august night. I missed my period. I checked prega news test which showed positive yesterday . Today morning @ 9.30 a.m. i took mifepristone 200 mg of unwanted. I am also a B.A.M.S student.I have no symptoms of ectopic pregnancy. So i want to know , as my weight & age is less what should be the best dose of misoprostol.When should i take ? Is 1 tab of misoprostol enough ? Or can i take 1 then wait 3 to 4 hour then another 1(200 mcg) . As my conception is less time. As i fear that taking more misoprostol may lead to more bleeding. Please guide me. One more: As vaginal push carry risk of infection, Can i take only orally ? What should be the riskless dose of misoprostol for me ? What are the risks involved in my home abortion ? Which point should i take care of as of now ? Plz help me.

1) Only misoprostol will not cause abortion.
You have to take mifepristone one tablet followed by four tablets of misoprostol of 200 mg each together after 24 hours.
You can take all orally. No need of vaginal tablet.
This is the correct and riskless dose.
Risks involved in home abortion are few. If you bleed heavily then keep drinking lots of water. But if you start feeling dizzy then you have to go to a hospital .
Also sometimes there is incomplete abortion but at such small gestation age chances of complete abortion are more.
You should make sure you take correct dose at correct time and stay at home till pain and bleeding subsides.
