How To Terminate Pregnancy?
Question: My last period began on May 2. Not even one month. But test shows that I am pregnant. I have three children. My husband is unemployed. I want a safe abortion with medicine. Please advise me. Thank you.

If you had your normal period with full normal flow on 1st May, then pregnancy is not likely. The pregnancy can be false positive.
If the period had a less than normal bleeding or spotting then pregnancy is a possibility. It is best to get an ultrasound scan done in that case to confirm the duration of pregnancy. The procedure of safe abortion depends on the period of gestation. If it is less than 7 weeks then abortion can be done with medicines and if it is more then D&C is needed.
