Question: How to stop wet dream and erection

Hello dr i would like to stop Enjaculeting and wet dreams during sleep time how can i ? Because im not comfortable with those . When ever i enjaculet i do have pain at my back and its hurt a lot so plz i want to stop it. And also i have pain at my legs and arms.my life changed since i start haveing them :(

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of night emission .

It is normal and natural to get night emission at the age of adolescence and is due to sexual thoughts .

Normally it gets resolved spontaneously over a period of 1-2 years without any treatment .

There are no medications that can resolve the issue .

You need to have good sound sleep which you can get it by changing your life style
Following general measures will help to get sound sleep and prevent getting night emission .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
