I am 29 years old.my height 5.6" weight 77kg.
please advice how i reduce my weight

I have gone through your query. Proper diet and exercise will help you to loose weight.
Following tips will be helpful.
1. Don't avoid break fast. Take a medium break fast. You can even include boiled egg.

2. Avoid fried , fatty and greasy foods. Junk foods should be avoided also. Calories in sweets and very much higher. So better to limit those or avoid.

3. Avoid drinks with excess sugar. This contribute to weight gain mostly. Take more plain water. Take 2 litres of plain water daily. This helps very well in weight loss.

4. Take lean meats instead of fatty meats. Including fish is a good option for weight loss.

5. Try to have dinner early and make it light. Add more salads and fruits for dinner.

6. Take whole grain foods like whole wheat bread, Rye bread, brown rice etc.

7. Have proper exercise daily. Jogging or walking fast or swimming is goodies for weight loss.

If you are not loosing weight by these measures then check your thyroid profile. If hypothyroidism is there then it will be difficult to loose weight. In such case thyroxine supplementation will be needed.
