Detailed Answer:
Dear

Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern.

1. Calculating your height to weight ratio it should be in desired range of 144-179 lb i.e. 65-81 kg.

PS. Weight doesn't matter, body FAT percentage does, once you find/calculate that your body fat is average, then you know you are average.

PS. remember that insufficient FAT weakens and damages your Immunity, Fat is an essential Dhatu and is good for you, in the proper amount so hatred of fat is self hatred thus forgot about FAT; think about recreating yourself.

2. Anything you do, go low and go slow and make changes gradually, as your small changes become habit, you can continue to ADD more healthy choice. B

Before starting medicine following guidelines which I tell my patient is/are:

i.Make powder of raw XXXXXXX seed and take 250mg with yogurt or water empty stomach in morning for three days and start practicing Yogasanas, [of your choice] and Surya-namaskar.

IMMUNOMODULATION (Immunity)
Rasayana drugs (Rejuvenation/Immunomodulators) should be instituted in your management as part of XXXXXXX (palliative) therapy i.e. which corrects the dysfunction of tissues without disturbing the functions of normal tissues, also Rasayana drugs potentiates humoral antibodies, by increasing serum Immunoglobulin’s such as IgA,IgG and IgM.
