Hi,
Thanks for the query.

First what we have to remember is there are no shortcuts to weight loss.
To loose weight you have to plan your diet and exercises.
You have to know your ideal weight.
Which is, weight in kgs = height in cms - 100.
Body mass index should be between 19 to 24.
BMI = weight in kgs/ (height in miters x height in miters).
You have to maintain your calorie intake = BMI x 120.
Have to decrease saturated fats, fast foods etc. Add fruits, vegetables, whole grains etc in your diet.
Eat lesser quantity in frequent intervals.

Plan exercise 30 to 45 minutes a day, 4 to 5 days in one week.
You can gradually increase the period of exercise.

Nowadays methods like lipo suction etc are becoming popular but there are no studies on the short term and long term side effects of these methods.
So as per as possible better to go in natural ways.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries. If you are satisfied with all my answer, please rate the answer after closing the discussion.
Take care.

Hi XXXXXX,
Usually honey mixed with lemon juice in a glass of XXXXXX warm water is adviced to take in the morning on an empty stomach.
It is said to act as effective digestive agent.
One more thought is that honey decreases the cholesterol levels. It makes the body to utilize extra fat to generate energy. So honey can act a natural remedy for obesity.
So there is nothing wrong in using this but it may take some time to show the effect.
And also associated dietary management and exercises are needed for complete effect.

Wish you Good Health, If you are satisfied with my response please rate the answer after closing the discussion.
Take care.
