Brief Answer:
Try Minoxidil/multivitamins

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
I have read your query

I think the point remains that this may be a male pattern baldness.
Alternatively there may be some deficiency.

I will suggest the following-
First take a course of multivitamins.
This may help you recover the micronutrients
Thereby the hair loss due to deficiency may be stopped
Addition of a protin powder may help

Besides this I would suggest minoxidil solution.
You can start with 2% solution

Both these things will have to keep on using
It takes 3-4 months to see effects of the two
Best of luck
