How To Reduce Fat Around Stomach?

Question: Hi XXXXXXX

I checked in YouTube that drinking 1 cup of warm water with 1 lemon and 3 pieces of garlic will reduce belly fat. can you please confirm it if not what else I need to take ?
Anyother suggestions to reduce my weight and belly fat as of now I am over weighted more than 15kgs. Please reply my ASAP

It is true that garlic plays a role in improving metabolism and eliminating fat from the cells, but taking a glass of lemon water with garlic cloves alone would take a longer time to show effects. Also, the results might be altered if the eating habits are not corrected or if there is no activity.

Therefore, make sure that you follow a low fat high fiber diet and eliminate the fatty and creamy foods from the menu. Add salads, fruits and vegetables that are cooked with very less or no oil. Rice and other starchy foods, like potato or yam, are also required to be eliminated from the food list for some time. Take less salt.

It is best to divide the meals into smaller but frequent portions and avoid munching in between. Since you are going to cut down on your fat intake it is important to include foods that have healthy fats to support normal body functions, facilitate the absorption of fat soluble nutrients and maintain a healthy lipid profile. To do so, include walnuts, almonds, pistachio, pumpkin and fenugreek seeds in your diet and use olive oil for cooking.

As discussed earlier exercises are also important, especially when you are trying to loose localized fat deposits. Apart from regular walk to improve metabolism, try and take out time for exercises that help to burn the belly fat. Some such exercises are:
•     Static Planks
•     Dynamic Planks
•     Side Planks
•     Crunches
•     Dynamic crunches
•     Yoga asanas like, Sarvangasana, Virbhadrasana and Dhanurasana.

Make sure that you maintain an activity index of 250 minutes per week and take sufficient rest, sleep and stay hydrated.

Honey and garlic are entirely different ingredients, but both have proved their worth when it comes to melting down the body fat. I would not say that one of these is better the other, as their uses depends entirely on how your
body reacts to it.

Honey contains complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, enzymes and nearly half of the essential amino acids.Making it a complete food with a descent glycemic load. If you feel tired and fatigued during the morning hours than take a honey cinnamon concoction. this would help you bur fat and and stay energised as the carbohydrates of honey takes time to disintegrate.

Honey Cinnamon Concoction: Mix 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder with 1 tsp. honey in a glass of warm water and drink early in the morning on rising and at sunset.

However, if your sugar levels are elevated or you need to take a low carbohydrate diet, than it is better to stick to lemon water with raw garlic.
