Brief Answer:
Oxyelite pro

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

The best way to loose fat is by diet and exercise. Consuming a protein rich, low fat and low carbohydrate diet is the best. Working out in gym or a jog for 40 min everyday will suffice.

You can also take fat burner medications like Oxyelite pro. This has shown considerable response and is also safe for all ages.

Do discuss with your treating doctor before taking medication.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
