Brief Answer:
Try gradual withdrawal...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can try gradual withdrawal over a period of time. For example:
- Reduce the number of chewing gums you use in a day. Try cutting down one or two gums every week until you are left with no more.
- Increase duration between two consequetive gum use gradually.

When you find the lowering numbers very difficult there are few medications such as buproprion that are known to help. You can try these drugs under consultation of a psychiatrist.

Nicotine quitting is easy if you are well motivated. Try the aforementioned options.

Let me know if you need clarifications.
