Brief Answer:
Weight gain and Healthy habits are a lifestyle

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for coming to HealthCareMagic. I am glad you want to manage your weight and gain to a healthier level. It's actually a very simple process to follow in theory.. but certainly difficult in practice.

A good well balanced HIGH PROTEIN diet is your first step. One that increases the healthy nutrients and minerals like Calcium and Magnesium and cuts out the unnecessary Fats and Carbs (restaurant food is designed to be tasty, not healthy). Our Dieticians here can help you with that. Just ask them to make you a weight gain diet chart and they will help you.

The second thing is exercise. A combination of Cardio exercise and focused muscle building is important, but you should concentrate on endurance training and Cardio. Its surprising, but that is very important to building muscle and maintaining it. Join a good gym or seek the help of a physical therapist and you will have the help you need to make an exercise plan that you can stick to.

The key is to make a schedule that you can STICK to in the long run.

Now if these things are not helping you gain weight after 3-4 months of really trying.. Then we need to get some blood tests done to check your thyroid and other hormone levels.

I hope this helps, Feel free to folow-up

Brief Answer:
Endurance training is Cardio basically

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I will make sure out dietician team contacts you. They will give you a call.

Endurance training basically is about doing alot of cardio. Jogging, cycling, swimming (very very good endurance exercise). The type of endurance training I commonly recommend id called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Where you exercise in short bursts of very intense exercise for a short timr and then go for low level exercise for a longer period.

For example HIIT: Jogging would be something like 2-3 minutes of sprinting followed by 5 minutes of brisk walking.. followed by another 2-3 minutes of High Intensity sprinting.

Goo ahead and google HIIT training and you will get a ton of info. Another thing you can do is go to a reputable gym and talk to the instructors there. they would know about how to fashion a HIIT exercise regime for you.

Take Care,

Vinay
