Hi
Thanks for the query

I would like to know when she had surgery for the intestine. whenever surgery is done on the intestine, the motility of the gut is decreased as compared to normal If she had all reports normal then the problem is obviously with the sluggish gut motility. If she can tolerate oral medication the gut motility enhancer like domeperidone or metachlopromide can be very helpful.

If you still have some query, feel free to ask

Thanks

HI
Thanks for the reply

WPW is called Wolff Parkinson white syndrome in which there is extra electric pathway of the heart but it do not cause vomiting. it symptoms include increased heart rate, palpitations, dizziness and chest pain. The common surgical causes of this age children is esophageal stenosis which is often diagnosed with endoscopic study i don;t whether you have performed or not but it is recommended to have consultation with general surgeon. with persistent vomiting take care of the electrolyte imbalance as sodium is mostly lost within persistent vomiting.

Thanks
