Premature greying of hair is getting extremely common now even at a very young age of 16 to 18. It’s very difficult to prevent it or reverse it.

Its genetically predecided n the environmental factors also play a role in it.

Taking of calcium pantothenate supplements is said to be helpful.

You can try that out.

Also try to relax and destress yourself. That may also help.
