Thanks for writing in.
Pimples or acne are caused by hormonal disturbance and needs treatment accordingly.

You need to get started on a drug called as Isotretinoin. It will stop the acne and allow a Glow to appear on the face.Dose and duration can be determined after physical examination, weight, and acne severity.
Also taking Vitamin C in diet with lemon juice ,citrus fruits, amla will be helpful.
Vitamin C supplement like tab limcee daily would be helpful.
Also diet containing soy proteins, ground nuts, green leafy vegetables will help in maintaining haemoglobin level and good skin tone.

You can also take antioxidant supplement like Cap.Derantox one per day and use a glycolic acid facewash like Tone N Glow face wash to keep skin flawless.
Using a good quality sunscreen like SHADOWZ 50 will help a lot.

Few clinic based procedures like chemical peeling with glycolic and kojic acid peels remove the superficial upper layers of skin and produce fairness.Same can be achieved by fractional CO2 lasers and other lasers.these are available at dermatology clinics.

Maintaining good general health, adequate sleep, maintaining diet and good sunprotection can improve and maintain good fair complexion.

Hope this helps.

I will be available for follow up questions.
