Question: hi doctor , this is XXXXXXX i have a very different way of masturbating i sleep on the bed and do it with the pillow . I feel this was the reason for having caused scabies to me , i tried a lot but could not overcome the habit . Could you please suggest me how to change the habit so that it makes things better . I also face problems with the cloth getting dirty and sweat accumulating on the bed . Also , my mind gets weak and i feel sleepy i even sleep at work and in case i feel stressed the intensity of masturbation increases . Please suggest me other options to release stress . I am a vegetarian , please suggest some healthy food habits and sleep habits . I am very tensed as to how il overcome this habit , its affecting me a lot !! i am an introvert and sometimes i feel lonely n stuff , everytime i do the same thing

It is a safe method to get self satisfaction and gratification. So there is no need to feel guilty due to masturbation. It is done by most of individuals and is a safe thing. There is no need to take stress or feel inferior due to masturbation.

The method you are using can cause transmission of infection from infected rugs or pillows. It can lead to scabies also if the bed contain infection. It can cause injury by friction. So I will advise you to use hand instead of rubbing yourself to pillow. This will decrease your stress and will increase your confidence. With increasing confidence you will be able to control your habit more effectively.

There is no need to change food habits. Try relaxation exercises and yoga. This will increase your confidence. You can join a gym which will divert your attention to constructive work and you will find good friends there which will increase your social life. This will decrease the feeling of loneliness also.

Keep your self dry and wear clean properly washed undergarments. This will protect you from any fungal infection. Increased moisture increases the changes of fungal infection.

its very difficult to change the way i masturbate , could you please suggest how to do it . Also , what is a healthy habit to masturbate , i really feel energy less and i dont feel sleepy due to masturbation . my anxiety levels and emootions increase , what would you suggest to improve these things ?
