How To Overcome Exhaustion From Stress And Overwork?

Question: How do I care for my body if experiencing general signifigant exhaustion of my muscles from repetitive stress and work. I'm a dental hygienist and have overworked myself. I feel like cr p. I do not want to develope some fibromyalgia thing so do I rest or do I keep pushing?
I need to hear from a professional that I can rest. I know I'll push myself to problems if not . I feel terrible , Want to sleep for 100 years lol. I fear what will happen to me if I don't get respite.

I have read your query and understand your concern.
I really feel very sorry for the state you are in.
Stress,overwork and lack of sleep tires you not only physically but mentally also.
Although there is no substitute to rest and sleep,I would advise you to consult a doctor and get tested for anaemia, diabetes, hypo functioning of thyroid, serum levels of VIT D,VIT B12 and electrolyte levels.
Take time out from your busy schedule, de stress yourself by doing yoga and meditation,sleeping well and getting fully evaluated medically.
