Brief Answer:
What is your weight?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

Management of hypertension is not only drugs. Diet, lifestyle modifications and regular exercise along drugs yield the best results. I am happy with the change that you have started and I will encourage you to keep up. They would prove very useful to you.

All these measures alongside tablets would be more likely to solve the problem. have you been monitoring your blood pressure and if yes, what are the mot recent readings? I will also like to have your weight in order to be able to tel if you are overweight or not. It seems you forgot to mention your weight.

In all, these measures are good. Keep up and provide me with your weight. As other complementary measures, avoid smoking, avoid excess salt, avoid excess tobacco, avoid excess fats and eats much vegetables, fruits and fiber.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
Your weight is borderline for your height.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your BMI is some where around 25. It would be good to drop some weight. Though not very bad, any efforts in this direction would yield great results.

Keep me posted with the updates and any concerns you may want us to touch on.

I wish you well. How have the blood pressure values been?
