Question: I am looking for - how to lose weight .

Height - 5' 9 "
weight - 108 kgs
Age - 29 yrs

The reason for adding weight can be attributed to hereditary factors or as a result of some disease as thyroid malfunctioning or living style or dietary reasons etc. The basic thing in majority of cases is that the consumption of calories as intake is much more than what we burn with physical exertion and balance is stored as fats. This increases the weight and adds bulk to body.
If pathology as disease or side effect of some drug is to notice then it calls for specific treatment.
In rest of cases, it can be controlled without medicines and with medicines.
When you wish to try without medicines then you will have to restrict your fats and carbohydrates and exert physically much more with running or brisk walk or jogging. Consumes those things, which call for more energy for digestion and release less energy after digestion as brocolli.
Think positive that you are losing weight.
Sleeping in day time is not allowed.
Keep bowels clean.
If you decide to add medicine then safe medicines are Medhohar guggul, Tab.obenyl and trifla powder.
In ayurveda there is a procedure in panch karma that we regard as udwartan, this is massage with dry powders made from certain herbs. This helps in mobilisation of deposited fats and is then excreted out of body.Doctor can also plan vasti and virechan in panch karma.
