Thanks for posting your query.

What is your height and Body mass index (BMI)?

Weight reduction is required if your BMI is >30.

Weight reduction requires burning of calories with strict restriction of diet.

For burning calories, you have to perform dynamic exercise with progreesive increase of speed. Dynamic exercise include jogging, jumping, skipping. You have to burn minimum 500 clories daily.

You have to decide particular time duration when you can perform exercise daily. Moving from bed to office chair, and back to bed, isn't a healthy way to live.

You should alo do brisk walking 30 minutes in a day (5 days in a week).

Keep your house well-stocked with fruits, vegetables, healthy meats, grains, cereals, spices.

Eat healthy homecooked low fat meals.

Alter your snacking habits like french fries, aerated drinks and XXXXXXX fried samosas.

Find a solution to combat stress. Look at yoga, meditation, XXXXXXX breathing exercises, or simple hobbies like reading to fight stress.

Drink plenty of water. Do not forget to carry a water bottle to your workout, and take a few sips after every 2-3 minutes of exercise.

Few medication like Orlistat is available in market but these are appetite suppressor and you have to stick for a period of 1 year before any response but still the real mantra for getting weight loss is "Increased physical activity with diet restriction".

Fungal infection of nails is called as onycholysis and it is medical disease.

It is treated by use of oral antifungal medicines (Itraconazole, Terbinafine) and appliction of antifungal ointments such as clotrimazole/ Ketoconazole.

This type of fungal infection generally takes longer time for recovery such as 3-4 months and treatment my be continued for 6 months (depending on the response).

Put your queries also.

Take care,
