Brief Answer:
Need to be worried, but not too much

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,welcome to HCM.

I am Dr Muhammed Aslam here to help you.

I have gone through the attached reports.
Your blood sugar status is completely normal. Both fasting and postprandial levels are with in recommended ranges.

Regarding lipid profile, though the total cholesterol level is normal, the distribution among different types of cholesterol is not good. You are having a lower than expected HDL level, and higher than expected LDL and TGLs level. This can predispose to atherosclerosis, adverse cardiac events, sroke etc.

So this need to be corrected. But,at this stage, usually we recommend diet and life style modification alone, and no drugs are prescribed.
The following lifestyle changes are recommended.
1)Include enough green leafy veges & fruits, and dietary fibers in your diet.
2)Try to reduce fat intake, especially of animal origin.
3)Reduce intake of meet/pork/egg yolk.
4)Do moderate,regular exercise daily,like 40-45 minutes every day.
5)The most important thing-Avoid smoking and alcohol.

You can seek the help of a dietitian for further guidance.

Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health.
Thank you.
