Question: My wife is 29 week pregnant and has HEMOGLOBIN 8.10 g/dl .its is ok . or we need to raise level of HEMOGLOBIN.what is the best solution. you can also check all other test is ok or not and do tell me.the report i have attached w

I understand your concerns about anemia.

Hemoglobin is very less indicating anemia. This needs to be improved.Since already 29 weeks are over, it is better to get iron tablets twice a day for one month and repeat hemoglobina after one month to check improvement.

Depending upon improvement further changes can be made after one month.

sorry my wife is 35 week pregnant her last LMP 19 OCT 2014. SHE is 29 year old.her HEMOGLOBIN is 8.10 g/dl .do we need to raise level of HEMOGLOBIN.what is the best solution. doctor recommended iron infusion dose.should my wife take iron infusion dose or not.please ,do check all factor and test of report .is all other test are ok.my wife has earlier pregnancy on 27 dec 2012 and we have baby boy of 30 month.earlier pregnancy is c-sec.is their any chance of normal delivery now. is HEMOGLOBIN is 8.10 g/dl level affect to baby in the womb.

I checked reports you have attached. Other parameters seem fine.

Anemia will affect baby's growth as well as create problem to your wife during delivery. It is therefore advisable to treat it soon.

Baby's weight and growth will reduce if anemia is not treated.

Iron sucrose injections are good option at this stage of pregnancy. Please go ahead with your doctor's advice.

Normal delivery is difficult as cesarean is done recently. But trial can be given in a good hospital.

iron sucrose dose we taken on sunday. today my wife has done ultrasound .so we miss iron sucrose due to ultrasound . my first question is placenta is fundal to left side of mother. is indicate it is a girl child.
my question is that can my wife take iron sucrose on wednesday . can my wife can eat dry fruit during 9 month. some days my wife blood pressure can rang in between 60 -90 but on another days its 70-110. is that blood pressure remain ok to baby

It is not true that position of placenta indicates sex of child. Thats wrong assumption.

Your wife can eat dry fruit. No problem. They are good for baby growth.

Please mention in detail about systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure separately to help me to advice you further.

You can delay iron sucrose and take on Wednesday. No problem.

my WIFE IS 37 WEEK 2 day pregnant. she was feeling pain in pelvic area from last 7 days. sometime
its become ok but sometime its become serve .today our doctor told us stiches line in the pelvic region
become thin .so doctor will say i will operate on tomorrow. doctor also give Voveran Injection due to injection
.i want to know can we operate tomorrow. what is the reason of stiches line become thin. is there any side effect of voveran injection
.my wife feel diziness in the evening due to voveran injection but now she is feeling alright

Note: this is our second baby . our first baby is through operation.

In some women this suture line becomes thin during pregnancy and can rupture. Your doctor is correct about assessment. Listen to his advice and get operated.
