I am sorry to say that there is no treatment to increase of height after closure of epiphysis (bone ends) which occurs before 20 years of age.

The most practised treatment after this is limb lenthening which is useful to increase the height.

Regarding limb lengthening surgery there are two kinds known as internal and external. Previously it started with external method known as Ilizarov method which was cumbersome, bulky device that was attached to the outside of your legs throughout the limb lengthening procedure. It took long time and use to cause lots of inconvenience.
The internal methods which are very recently developed involve devices that provide support while lengthening the bones. These new procedures are minimally invasive, less painful, and do away with the cumbersome Ilizarov device.

During the typical procedure first is the surgical operation, during which the bone is cut and the special orthopedic apparatus (Ilizarov) and internal fixation devices are used.

The second is the stretching ( lengthening) period. Current technology allows to make about 1 mm stretching a day. The duration of the stretching period depends on the lengthening amount and usually takes 2-3 months.

At the end of the lengthening period the external devise is removed from your leg.
This procedure is usually performed on for both legs at the same time. The maximum possible leg lengthening is 7-10 cm in leg bones. Same in the thigh bones if person wants more height gain.

During the treatment the patients are active. The day after operation all of them find it easy to move about without any help and can walk home with the help of supports.

The whole process may take up to 6-9 months.

Like any surgical procedures, leg lengthening surgeries can also have glitches leading to complications. How ever most of these can entirely avoided by meticulous pre operative preparation and planning.

Regarding centers in North XXXXXXX there are lot of hospitals who conduct such procedures on routine basis specially in NCR and most of the big cities.
