Brief Answer:
Changes mild / diet & exercise / repeat later

Detailed Answer:
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Your LDL Cholesterol is normal... LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better… In the absence of any other risk factor 100 is ideal for LDL-C. In the presence of heart disease, 70 should be the aim.
HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better. The level is a bit lower. There are no officially approved drugs to increase it. Exercise helps….
Continue your cardio exercises

Change to low fat (1.5%) or no fat (<0.5 %) milk.
Avoid yellow of the egg / no restriction for the white portion (protein)
Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / Indian sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.

Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker

Your Triglyceride (TG) is a bit high (200 – 499) / More than 500 is called very high…
It is great that you have stopped the alcohol
Reduce the quantity of Carbohydrate in the food / natural sugars like honey, starchy vegetables, fruit juices, highly refined cereals /
If TG is still high, in spite of diet and exercise – you need drugs; Fibrates may be started…

Repeat the test after 2 months..

Take care
Wishing all well

Or should i start any supplement?

Thanks in advance

Brief Answer:
Must supplement / repeat tests to follow

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again

B-12 deficiency is often seen in vegetarians…
The ideal option is take a course of injections

And vitamin D deficiency from food and lack of exposure to sun…
Simple oral replacement (60,000 units – once a week for 4 to 6 weeks) will correct it. It is available in tablets, sachets and so on

Also – MCV is borderline / Folic is below normal / hs CRP is higher / Homocysteine is elevated
You need supplements – Folic acid (1 mg or more) / + Vitamin B-6 (10 mg or more) / +Vitamin B12 (0.5 mg or more) .

Alcohol should be avoided forever
You need to repeat all these after a month or two
You need follow up / your treating physician can arrange for appropriate prescription and injection

Thanks a lot doctor

I want to consult a doctor in person before I get some prescriptions on the supplements you have suggested.

Apparently, wanted to inquire if I can get an appointment with you personally in Chennai (I live in Chennai). Or would you be kind enough to prescribe these supplements which I can buy from a pharmacist over the counter

Tnx.. XXXXXXX

Brief Answer:
See a cardiologist or Physician

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Prescription services are specifically not allowed in this service

Yes – you should consult a Physician or cardiologist / one in an Institution is better than one in individual practice.
I am on vacation outside and will not be available for several months…
The best option is to go to a multispecialty tertiary care super speciality hospital, near your area of residence… there are several in and around the city
