Hello
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Testosterone is a male sex hormone. It is a hormone that is responsible for male secondary sexual characters, in libido, in erection and in achieving orgasm. Normally 300-750 is considered as normal range. Low levels in a healthy male can occur due to a number of reasons-
- Genetics may play important thing.
- Levels are low especially in obese persons
- Excessive stress, anxiety and mental disorders tend to decrease testosterone and libido
- Poor nutrition, poor sleep are other factors in decreasing the levels.
- Nutrient deficiency as Zinc deficiency, Chromium deficiency are other determining factors.

As in question you have not mentioned whether you are having some symptoms or not. Only then I will be able to tell you in detail. Still its level can be increased by following things-

- Regular exercise releases endorphin and also increase the level of testosterone.
- Decreasing weight also increases levels.
- Vitamin supplements containing Zinc, Omega 3 fatty acids are also useful in increasing levels.
- Managing stress is also an important thing. Relaxation exercises, yoga will help to beat stress and will increase levels. In a lot of people with anxiety disorder the levels of testosterone fall below normal limits.
- Take cheese in diet daily.
- A lot of medicines as Tantex forte or Tantex royal are available in market, and are herbal medicines.
These are claimed to testosterone levels. Although definitive studies are lacking.

Try to do these manoeuvres and you will definitely see improvement within 4 weeks.

If you have any more doubt you can ask in follow up, and if satisfied with conversation then kindly review.

Thanks
