Question: I am 30 yrs of age, I won't to increase the quality and the quantity of sperm, and I masterbate with out using the foreskin up and down. Now i feel very pain full doing so i avoid playing with the foreskin and i easily get excited and masterbated . So, let me know any natural food which enhance the sperm quality and quantity and and to overcome the fear to masterbate with Foreskin, stroking. And to control the sensation of masterbation all the time? Please reply quickly..

Egg, seafood, pumpkin seeds, yoghurt (curd), oat meal, etc.

Avoid consuming alcohol & smoking (as thy decrease the sperm count and libido), hot and spicy foods, etc.
Avoid stress and stressful situations.
Drink plenty of safe and healthy water.

For the control of the sensation during masturbation, you may use gels or creams containing local anesthetics which are easily available over the counter.

Dear Sir,

I am pretty much convinced with the answer. But the problem is i get premature ejaculations and when i start masterbate, I end up very quickly and after 10MIN, i will start masterbating again, i do it 3 to 4 times at that moment. And i do it when i am tensed, i don't get any solutions, to forget office problems or family problem, i just end up masterbating and try to get pleasure from that itself. Now in public if a see a girl, I get shiverings and i got to the bathroom and masterbate, And then i get little relaxed.. Doctor is this Psycological problem?. I can't control myself, i have to masterbate. I am pretty used to it. I always try to resolve issues and happy everything i get it from masterbation, pretty much edicted to it. Please help me..

I can understand your problems.

You have to have a will power to get rid of this habit, as excessive masturbation may have an adverse impact which already you have started to have in the form of premature ejaculation. If continued further, it may have sexual problems in your marital life.

My advice is either you get married soon and have a peaceful, satisfactory and long lasting good health.

You must try to avoid stress, take deep breathing, do regular exercises spend more time in the gardens or parks rather than doing exercise at home.

If your problems still persist, then a psychiatrist consultation is recommended.
