Detailed Answer:
Hello. Welcome to Healthcaremagic.com.
I have read your query.
I understand your concern.
Skin complexion of a person can be improved but cannot be changed miraculously.
For improvement of complexion, I always advise my patients to avoid sun exposure by using physical barrier and using a broad spectrum sunscreen giving protection against both UVA and UVB radiations.
Besides this, you may use depigmenting agents like kojic acid, glycolic acid, arbutin, vitamin C, E. These are available in the market in various combinations.
In some patients, chemical peels also work very well. These are concentrated medications in lotion form. The sessions of peels are done by an expert dermatologist at a regular interval.
You should take green leafy vegetables and fruits in diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you and give you prescription.
You can share my opinion with him. I am sure that he would agree with this.
I hope it helps. Take care.
