Brief Answer:
Possibility of dysplastic nevi

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and i have also reviewed the image.

I would keep a possibility of dysplastic nevi, specially for the bigger ones.
They seem flat and symmetrical though seem bigger than 5mm. The margins are regular but not well defined. There seems to be some vareigation in color with various shades of brown. If they have changed from what they were earlier a few months back then they should be biopsied or else I would suggest a 6 monthly observation for these nevi for any change in size, shape, symmetry, color etc

regards
