How To Determine The Paternity Of The Fetus?
Question: I am currently pregnant ( 35 weeks & 2 days today)
LMP - 6th September 2015
I have regular periods
Slept with man 1 13th september 2015
slept with second man 18th,19th 28th,29th september 2015 onwards.
first scan - 27th November 2015 dated me 10 weeks 4 days CRL- 37.8mm & EDD 20th XXXXXXX 2016
second scan - 14th december 2015 dated me 13 weeks 1 day CRL- 71.8mm & EDD 20th XXXXXXX 2016.
My first pregnancy test I took was september 21st 2015( negative)
october 12th 2015 -clear blue test with conception indicator ( positive dated me 1-2 weeks from conception making me 3-4 weeks pregnant.
also took another clear blue 14th october which gave me the same result.
Songographers and midwifes have told me that my date of conception is on or around 28th September 2015? Is there any chance man number 1 could be the father? I am only asking as my perioda are regular so this would have made my date of conception on or around 20th september, but scans, conception and pregnancy test and midwifes pointing to conception date pointing to on or around 28th september Thank you

There is no chance that first man can be the father.
Date of conception can vary for 4-7 days as ovulation period can be 11-17 days prior to the next expected date of periods.
And ultrasound can vary from 3-7 days in initial few months.
So even if you have regular cycles there is no way that we can be sure about the day of ovulation.
So don't keep any confusion and it is quite sure that second man is the father.
