How To Determine The Paternity Of A Child?

Question:
I am currently pregnant ( 32 weeks & 1 days today)
LMP - 6th September 2015 ( irregular)
Slept with man 1 13th september 2015
slept with second man 18th,19th 28th,29th september 2015 onwards.
first scan - 27th November 2015 dated me 10 weeks 4 days CRL- 37.8mm & EDD 20th XXXXXXX 2016
second scan - 14th december 2015 dated me 13 weeks 1 day CRL- 71.8mm & EDD 20th XXXXXXX 2016.
My first pregnancy test I took was september 21st 2015( negative)
october 12th 2015 -clear blue test with conception indicator ( positive dated me 1-2 weeks from conception making me 3-4 weeks pregnant.
also took another clear blue 14th october which gave me the same result.
Songographers and midwifes have told me that my date of conception is on or around 28th September 2015? Is there any chance man number 1 could be the father? Thank you

My cycles have always been irregular anywere from 35 days to 37 days.
Yes I had unprotected sex with man 1 aswell

Hello Dear,

Thanks for your info. I have reviewed your attach images.

Ovulation occurs approx 14 days prior to next due date. If your cycle varies from 35 to 37 days, then your ovulation took place on or after D21.

As per your last period date (6th September) and calculation, you ovulated after 27th September and you got pregnant on 28th or 29th September.

Therefore, Man1 CAN'T be the father of unborn child as there were NO chance of pregnancy from sexual intercourse on 13th September. Ultrasound scan also correspond with gestational age, counting from LMP.

one last question out of interest
if I did not know the date of my last period or didn't really know how long/short my cycle were
Are the 10 week and 13 week scan accurate enough to go by to determine conception?
