How To Determine The Biological Father Of A Baby?

Question: I have sex with my ex-bf at 31august 2012 my last day of period is 27august. I took postinor 2 one hour before we have sex and also another one immediately after we have sex. I bleeding and period ( dont know how to differentiate bleeding and period) for three times within september coz i took three box of postinor. Within september and october i have frequent sex with my curr g husband. On october onwards i refuse to take any postinor 2. I found out myself pregnant at 28 october 2012 and 29 i went to hospital to do viginal ultrasound and doctor said that i pregnant for four weeks Already. My baby delivered on 8july 2013. So my baby's father is my ex-bf or my current husband one? Im so worried and i need a confirm answer. Do i need to do a DNA test? I attach the ultarsound at 29 october as a prove.

Using two different methods I have tried calculating the probable dates of sex which led to conceiving the baby.

Method 1
Trying to calculate from the date of delivery as 8 July 2013, we get the probable date of sexual intercourse between October 11 2012 to October 19, 2012.

Method 2
In calculating from the date of ultrasound scan done on 29 October saying you were 4 weeks pregnant, we get estimated dates of sexual intercourse between September 27 2012 to October 02 2012.

Considering both the methods, we get the dates at earliest 27 September 2012 and latest by 19 October 2012.

Please keep in mind that the dates of period are not reliable for you because you had many postinor pills during that period. Taking pills alters the cycles for two months.

If you had sex with your husband between 27 September 2012 and 19 October 2012 then he is the father.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

I only have Sex with my ex-bf on 31 august. And i have sex with my husband quite frequent within september and october. So yeah between 27 september and 19 september i have sex with my husband. The ultrasound scan done on 29 October said that i were 4 weeks pregnant. According to my doctor, he said 4 weeks pregnant means count from the day which stop period. I have attached my ultrasound on my 4th weeks pregnant which did on 29october. So, by all this can confirm the baby is my husband one right? Btw, will the sperm of my ex-bf survive after i took postinor? Additionally, my estimated due date that have estimated by ultrasound scan is between 5july - 7july 2013.Thank you for your information

Using the due date on ultrasound as 5 July to 7 July 2013, the date of sexual intercourse appears to be between 9 October 2012 to 14 October 2012.

The date of last bleeding is not reliable because you took many pills and this can lead to confusion. I have seen your ultrasound picture but the age of the baby is not mentioned in that. With the information given by you, I confirm that your husband is the father of baby.

The sperm of your ex - boyfriend will die in 4 days after sex.Please do not worry about it.

Thanks to cure my worries. At least now i do not need to waste the money to do the paternity test. I might caused by pre natal depression because im pregnant now and keep on thinking about wierd things. Anyway, thanks a lot
