Brief Answer:
take the pill as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Missing one oral contraceptive pill is not a problem if you take it as soon as you remember, preferably within24 hours. Moreover, since it is the last pill of the pack, taking it a bit delayed do not cause any effect on the ovulation, which has already been suspended by the previous 20 pills of the pack. There are rare chances of pregnancy, as even oral contraceptives have a failure rate of 0.1%. You can use barrier contraception to be doubly sure, if feasible.

Wishing you good health.
