Brief Answer:
Possibly hymen rupture.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
As she has been fingering herself and inserted her fingers inside vagina and there was blood on withdrawal, there indeed is a possibility that she may have ruptured or torn her hymen which has possibly caused the bleeding or there may have been abrasions over the vaginal wall which would have bled. In either case it is suggested that she should get a local examination done by a gynaecologist to ascertain the cause for certain and also evaluate the status of hymen.
I hope i have addressed your concern,
Wishing her good health,
Regards
