Question: I have not try anything yet I gym too much but my legs don't grow they too skinny Pls can u show me which cream can I use for my legs to grow thicker and bigger

With protein, regular exercise and rest is important.
Fix days for gym
You should do intense exercise for legs three times a week.
On other days do exercise of other parts of body.
This should help you.
There are muscle building steroid hormones but these cause harm in later life so better to avoid them.
