How To Avoid Unwanted Pregnancy?

Question: I am 31 years old and my wife is 30 yrs old. We have completed 5 yrs of married life in feb 2014. I had a sexual intercourse with my wife with condom on in standing position. I ejaculated inside and when i removed my penis from her i noticed the condom was burst. Immediately after intercourse, she urinated and washed her vagina with shower jet and then she did not even sit or lie down for almost 4-5 hours. We had sexual intercourse on 6th day of her period in the morning hours around 11 a.m. We do not want to have a baby at this point in time but we are very scared to have i-pill or similar medicines as these medicines can cause serious harmonal changes. We spoke to a lot of gynacs and everybody was sure that nothing will happen as it was her 6th day of periods but still nothing is impossible but they all suggested not to have an i-pill. Once my wife had taken i-pill in 2012 and she fell sick, weak and had bled for almost a month. Also, i want to highlight that on the day of intercourse in the evening she tried PAWANMUKTASAN she had spotting and a brown lump was noticed on her pad. On 7th day also in the afternoon a brown lump was spotted. An ayurvedic doctor friend suggested us 2 tabs of Ras Parivartit Vati and 1 Tsp of AVIPATTIKAR CHURNA to be taken twice a day half hour before meals and also once before bed in the night for atleast 7 days. Please help, we want to avoid the pregnancy and also want it without any harm to her body and system.

Brief Answer: pregnancy doubts Detailed Answer: Hello Welcome to healthcare magic As per your query, There is not any possibilities of conception on these criteria 1. On 6th day of periods you did intercourse, mostly on that day there is not any possibilities of ovulation if period cycles is more than 25 days. 2. You had did intercourse on standing position and after that she did much more as urinarion, washing, shower jet etc, it s also possible to washout almost semen from vagina. 3. She didn't lying down for 4-5 hours too. In all these condition there is not any possibilities of pregnancy, so do not have to fear. As per Ayurveda concentration You can give her the following medicines 1. Raj: pravartani vati 2 tabs thrice a day till periods 2. XXXXXXX aasava 10 ml after meal twice a day Another things like spotting and etc are do not have any weightage to check any possibilities for conception. Be relaxed and take care. Dear Dr Nikul, Thanks for your response. I have read at so many places that urinal tract and vaginal tract are different. So even if any female urinates after sex, it doesn't make any difference. I would like you to further explain how urination would washout any amount of semen. As mentioned earlier also that she had spotting on 6th day and as well as 7th day ? Does that place us in a safe situation ? What is the possibility of my wife still conceives ? The medicines that you prescribed, how would that help us ? Also, what are the effects if those medicines are taken during pregnancy ? Thanks !

Brief Answer: clarity about doubt of conceptiion Detailed Answer: Hello As per your follow up doubts.. 1. You are right as vaginal and urination track are different in fenale body, bu the situation while urination makes pressure on vaginal track and also the position is more helpful to move semen outside. Second thing is using showet jet to wash vaginal canal is more important. Third thing is standing position for more than five hours is also helpful to you. Now second quesrion is that the medicines will work to have periods on time and properly only, but it never harms to pregnancy.
