How To Avoid Miscarriage During Pregnancy?

Question: Hi, my name is XXXX, I live in Brazil and I went through IVF treatment and got pregnant. I'm 12 weeks and 4 days now and I'm having a moderate bleeding for 3 days now, every morning. I was taking Utrogestan 3 pills a day and Oestrogel 4 pumpings twice a day. I had an US last friday and everything was ok: posterior placenta, normal cervix, heartbeat, translucence, and no placenta tearing. My gynechologist told me to increase hormons intake, adding Duphaston and Primogyna. But my IVF doctor told me the opposite, to stop Oestrogel right away and lower Utrogestan gradatively.
I don't know what os the right thing to do amd I'm so scared! Please help.

Hello XXXXXXX your gynecologist is right in giving you progynova and duphaston as they help in stopping the abortion process to a great extent.
Take care of following points -
- take full bed rest for 7 days
- avoid heavy weight lifting
- avoid straining at stools
- avoid sexual contact with husband.

Since she increased the Utrogestan dosage from 3 to 5 endovaginal pills a day, and added Duphaston and Progynova, the bleeding stopped for one day, but came back more intense today. Is there any chances this is caused from excessive hormon intake?

This cannot be due to excessive hormones but 3 pills of uterogestan with duphaston and progynova are enough.
But some prefer giving 5 pills for 3-5 days and then taper to 3 pills a day.
So continue the same regimen and take full rest.
