According to studies a healthy young adult will go for poo 3 times a day to 3 times a week. So from that angle there is nothing abnormal with you.

However, if there is a recent change in your bowel habits (means if they were of different frequency earlier), they have become harder or liquidy, or they are associated with blood, or you are losing weight, or they also wake you from sleep or they are associated with pain, then you need attention from a physician or gastroenterologist.
