Well there can be many formulas for calculation of ideal weight but the most common that we use is
Ideal Body Weight for Men = 50 kg + 2.3 kg for every inch over 5 feet in height.

The ideal thing is to calculate BMI = Weight in Kg / height in meter2 and for normal weight it should be from 18.5 to 25.
