Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So its usual in case of diabetics to have a slower and poor wound healing due to high content of sugar in the ooze and superadded infection. If there was no cancer then no need to worry. A redebridement if the wound may be necessary along with some antibiotics and thats all you need. Remember it will take longer than usual to heal.
Thanks and regards
