Brief Answer:
4-6 weeks

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your query and will help you in best possible way,

What I understand from your history is your undergoing disc replacement surgery,

Usually after this surgery,
Physical therapist will assist you walk and use your muscle and help with exercises and movement,

If everything goes well you can do daily activities in 2-4 weeks,
But it takes 4-6 weeks to get back to your work,

Hope this information helps,
If you have any further queries,
Fell free to ask,

Wish you a good health.
