Brief Answer:
Generally it takes two weeks for duloxetine to act

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Depression, anxiety and nerve pain respond well to duloxetine but often it takes time of around two weeks. It is no XXXXXXX that two days of diuloxetine did not change anything.

Bad taste and headache are known side effects of eszopiclone and I think you need to change medication for sleep if it is not ding work. Ambient could be good choice as it is less likely to cause side effects in compare to eszopiclone.

I hope this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards.
