How long after craniotomy it is safe to fly?

I had a craniotomy in order to take samples of brain tissue 6 weeks ago. I need to know if if I am able to fly asap pls?

As six weeks have passed after the craniotomy, you are fit to fly.
Please remember to take all medicines, as prescribed, especially if any anti-epileptic drugs are there.
