Question: I touch a woman (lower belly), bottom, and breast. I'm almost sure i didn't touch any part of her vagina, if i touched It was the upper side. after touching her, I realised I had an small cut in the front face in one finger of the hand I used to touch her. it has one day old, it was not blood or pain, the cut was red like red skin (like6 mm long), but not blood (I scrapep my finger with a knike the day before). her hiv status is unknown. she is a friend 41 years old, who says she has no problem with HIV, but she have stayed with some men and had rheumatism problems. I had a boil in my eyebrow 2 weeks later (the skin around my eye was swelling), then at 6.8 weeks afteri had a soar of throat for one week I touched her sweat (alot), i didnt notice any injury in her body. What if i touched vaginal fluids. I didnt see blood from my cut, when it heals, no scab was formed, just the skin grew again, when you see the cut, you see the skin separte and the botom was red, no blood or pain when i touch is there some risk of hiv in this situation?

Brief Answer: There are no reported cases like this. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for consulting HealthcareMagic! I have gone through your query carefully. No, you need not have to be concerned. There is no clinical research evidence that infection got transmitted in this manner. Moreover, she told you that she does not have HIV. Chances of getting any diseases in this way is negligible. So, be reassured and do not worry. Hope I have answered your query. If you are satisfied, you may now close the discussion and rate the answer. Thanks Doctor. I was concern, because in internet, some websites says that there is risk when you have broke skin and there are fluids with hiv. and even though she said that she doesn´t have hiv, she have not tested. I undestand clearly your answer, but you can understand, this situation makes me think a lot because the concecuence ara catastorfic. if i decided to test, how long should i wait, im my doctors clinical laboratory offer Vidas Duo Ultra test 4 generation, is this test reliable. and to finalise, I know you say there is no risk, should i be concern about my symtoms (boil, and soar of throat) Thanks Doctor

Brief Answer: Refer below Detailed Answer: Hi, Yes, that test is reliable. Usually takes around one week. But, I personally think that you do not need any test. No need to be concerned about your symptoms. They are very very no specific and can happen in many other infections or allergies. Take care!
