Brief Answer:
Non-surgical treatments for reversing signs of ageing

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

Ultherapy relies on stimulating synthesis of new collagen; collagen as you know forms the bulk of dermis and it is gradual depletion of collagen with age that is the main cause of skin changes that accompany ageing i.e fine lines, wrinkles, sagging, loss of volume etc. Therefore a therapy which either slows down or stimulates synthesis of new collagen is going to have antiageing benefits. Ultherapy is non-invasive and usually there are no side effects. Ultherapy is effective and more so in younger individuals in there 30's in whom the main goal is to arrest and reverse early signs of ageing. It has a tightening effect, just like a non-surgical face lift.

With Juvederm Voluma (hyaluronic acid filler) the goal is to bring about subtle yet noticeable changes by compensating the lost volume of cheeks due to ageing. Whereas the hylauronic acid filler that is injected in nasolabial fold (Juvederm XC Or plain juvederm) is different from juvederm voluma; it is for filling up of superficial wrinkles and folds e.g nasolabial folds. Therefore these are different products used to treat different areas on face.

Exercise is not a known cause for faster dissolution of fillers.
However, gyming and exercising would also tone up your facial muscles and would have an additional advantage.

Answers to specific queries

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

For ultherapy you can contact SkinAlive chain of clinics. They have various centers in XXXXXXX at panchsheel park, punjabi bagh, GK etc.
Glutathione is an antioxidant and is available online without prescription for improving complexion. They have been found to be effective if taken in high doses e.g 1000mg to 1500mg per day.
Topical vitamin C is an effective antioxidant as well as antiageing in action. Rejuglow C 20 serum is one such product. You may use it once daily at night.
You may also use a sunscreen throughout the day. Sunscreen is the single most effective antiageing measure which you must do on a regular basis. Sebamed Or Neutrogena sunscreen are good broad spectrum sunscreens. You may use them every 2-3 hourly throughout the day.
Fore gray hair I would suggest tablet Vighan- CP once daily for at least 4-6 months.
