How Effective Is Unwanted 72 In Preventing Pregnancy?
Question: Dear doctor, i had unprotected sex on 23 nov and took unwanted 72 within 2 hrs. I had very light bleeding and spotting on 7 dec. a week early than expected period date (lmp 15 nov). I took pregnancy test on 28 dec ( 35 days after unprotected sex) and the reault was Bhcg <1.2. Is there a chance of me getting pregnant? Should the test be repeated to rule out pregnancy. Also, i've been having slight headache, sore breasts and nausea since yesterday. Do i need to take a bhcg test again to rule out pregnancy?

How much time does it take for hcg levels to rise and above level 1.2 after unprotected sex ? And when can i take the test to be sure that there are no chances of pregnancy? If i had early periods, when should i expect my next periods, after 28 days of last light bleeding? Also does annovulation leads to no periods? Or if i didnt ovulate this month, can i still have pms symptoms?

Thanks doctor, i remember that i had sex this month aswel. And my cycles is not regular. It varies between 29-32 days. Lmp was 7 dec. its 29 th day, n i still havent got my periods. I got my beta hcg test done today and the value was 0.101 . Is there a chance of me getting pregnant? Have i taken the test too early ? Should i repeat it in a few days to rule out pregnancy? Thankyou doctor, ur assurance gives alot of relief. Also, i was noting changes in my cervical mucus. I had the XXXXXXX amount of mucus around 20th after which is started decreasing. I was dry for almost a week until yesterday there was an increase and today it further increased. Its whitish and firm in color and texture. Is this an indication for periods or anything else?
