Brief Answer:
Please provide more details..

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
Thanks for the query..

I can see swelling over the gum with reference to wisdom tooth and swelling of the incisive papilla that is a ridge like structure behind upper front teeth..
I would like to know a few more details so that I can guide you appropriately...
1.Do you have pain also associated with swelling?
2.Are there any other areas that are swollen too?
3.Do you experience any blood or pus discharge from gums?
4.Do you take any medication or do you experience dry mouth?
5.Did you have such symptoms anytime in the past also?
6.Did you burn your mouth with some hot food?
7.Do you have acid reflux problem?
8.Can you tell me since how many days this started and did the swelling begin from wisdom tooth area?

Please specify the part.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again...

Can you please make it clear which is the painful part you are talking about when touched by tongue?

Is it the gum around wisdom tooth or the area behind your upper front teeth?

Awaiting....

Brief Answer:
Inflammation of.mucosa or Mucositis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi..
It looks like inflammation of mucosa only and dry mouth and acid reflux can both contribute to it..
So for relieving the symptoms you should gargle with mouthwash containing Lignocaine/ Lidocaine..
You can suck ice pops..
Take Vitamin B complex supplement daily..
Avoid spicy and irritant foods..
You should also take remedies for dry mouth like chewing sugar free chewing gum..
Drink plenty of water..
You can also instil artificial saliva drops..
For acid reflux problem you can take antacids half an hour before meals..

Hope this helps..

Hi..
As you told that you have tinnitus and stuffed dry nose, so along with it do you also have symptoms like post nasal drip, pain on face , upper teeth and gums, blocked ear, hearing loss etc.
Did you ever undergo ear examination or sinus x ray done?
Did you take any medication for the same?
