Question: Ate a number of peanuts went to dinner had 2 beers,fish. After dinner stomach hurt, awoke during night and vomited, next morning no energy, by Contnueds periodic vomiting, did not check for fever,no other health concerns age 76

Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns .. your symptoms could be due to a minor allergic reaction to peanuts which can be relieved with an antihistaminic as citrizine once daily .. this should be accompanied with tongue tingling or itchy eyes ..
Another possible cause is stomach flu, which can be treated with metochlopramide ( primperane ) three times daily to relieve the vomiting ..
If you develop fever then this could be a gastroenteritis which can be relieved with an antiprotozoal as fagyl and primperane to stop the vomiting . I hope I answered your question.
