Brief Answer:
Hello. Dermatologist has no role

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So a mouth cancer is treated and diagnosed by a head and neck cancer surgeon and not dermatologists. A mouth cancer starts either as a plaque like lesion or an ulcer or growth. A clinical examination by a cancer surgeon is must to diagnose it. Apart from a biopsy, an mri scan of face and neck is must to stage the disease and plan treatment. If early stage, surgery is the treatment.
