Now my major problem is when my semen comes out or during with my wife (intimacy or intercourse), i am feeling no pleasure at all. She is fine no problems for her. I like her very much. Only thing I defect in her having some heat in body. If no pleasure during semen comes out or whole sexual acts means no life no enjoyment.
Please advice what steps should I take or follow to get rid of this problem.

Hello,

Thanks for your query.

As your problem of erectile dysfunction is well treated to your satisfaction with Ayurveda medicines like ashwagandha and triphala, the problem you have reported does not seem to be related to any organic medical condition. So, there is nothing to worry.

Sexual satisfaction is not isolated to the few moments of ejaculation. Pleasure or enjoyment comes during the sex not during the discharge or ejaculation. And discharge or ejaculation is the final stage of sex. I suggest you not to consider this for pleasure.

It appears that you needs change of concept of sexual pleasure. You will be able to enjoy sexual life in a better way.

So change your perception or thinking about discharge or ejaculation .

Books and literature on sex or intimacy will help you realise the truth or reality. With changed thoughts, it is possible to enjoy sexual act completely.

A few tips that will help you are

1. Good and adequate sleep.
2. A healthy diet.
3. Drink plenty of water.
4. Increased foreplay.
5. Practising safe sex.

All these measures will be useful in treating the present problem.

You can also consider discussing with a sexologist to retrain your mind if necessary.

‘Hope I have answered your query, I will be available to answer your follow up queries,

“Wish you Good Health and trouble free speedy recovery”

Hello,

Nice to hear from you again.

Pleasure in life comes from sharing & spending enough good time with each other.

Try to under stand each other thoroughly.

Sex is not the only thing in married life.

Once one start enjoying the company of each other, pleasure in sex also follows.

Real married life & sex life is quite different than what we see in movie & sex literature.

Hope I have answered your query.

Wish you Good Health.

Hello,

Please forgive me if I have offended you.

I didn't mean that you don't spend time. The real sense here was to create an relaxing environment which helps you in enjoying the moment with each other. This is one of the treatment methods of medical science.

I am thinking very seriously regarding your problem and I feel this requires multifactorial approach.

If you are not happy then a visit to a sexologist would be helpful.

Wish you a Good health.

Regards.
