How Can Severe Tooth Pain Be Treated?

Question: Hello doctor, i have severe pain in my tooth. I am not able to chew. My dentist is going to remove my tooth tomorrow. I had already a RCT treatment. But after 4 years one day i have a simple complain of pain. I visited him, he told its an infection. So he told we have to do RERCT. So after 1st sittibg it was unbearable. So he prescribed me augmentin and nimeson. I did a course of 5 days. But the pain comes and goes. So today he concluded that we have to extract. Now since morning pain so unbearable. I have taken 1 nimeson 2 katoral DT . Still i fill that secere pain. Can you suggest some high dose at the same time no side effects using it. He told me to have diclogesic 50 mg.

Ok thanks. My tooth is extracted now. What should be the precaution to be taken ? Like in eating and all. Doctor prescribed dyclogesic and one pill for acidity relaxation.

- Dont take stress.
-Take proper sleep .
- Do not spit or gargle frequently .
- Avoid eating hot and spicy food . Hot water or hot food delay wound healing process . Take soft diet .
-Take proper course of Antibiotics like Amoxicillin with metronidazole and analgesic like Zerodol SP or Dyclogesic by consulting with local doctor for 5 days.
- After 24hours of extraction Do warm saline rinses .
